Crowdfunding Campaign
Open calls to the public, to finance the film Ivory through either a donation, a monetary contribution in exchange for a reward, product pre-ordering, lending, or investment. The film-makers need YOUR help. Join them in their fight against the illegal ivory trade and help make this documentary as wide-reaching as possible by pledging a donation.
HOW YOU CAN HELP : Everyone who wants to contribute can!
1) Make a donation - of any amount from 1€. Every Euro helps.
2) Share the crowdfunding site with all your friends, family and colleagues through social media.
CROWDFUNDING : Each donation will help save the elephants. In addition to this, the filmmakers will share with you a unique gift to thank you for your generosity.
1) For donations of 15€ or more, your name will be mentioned in the “thanks” credits of the film.
2) For 30€ you will receive a signed poster of the film.
3) For 50€ you will receive a signed dvd of the film.
4) For 250€ you will be invited to an event in your country (screening, meet the director etc.).
5) For 2000€ you will receive an “Associate Producer” credit in the film.
6) For 5000€ you will received an invitation to the gala premier of the film.
7) For 10,000€, in association with a wildlife Foundation, (ideas: adopt an elephant/name an elephant after you/visit the foundation...)
“Stop stimulating demand” for Ivory.
Reducing the demand for products from elephants, is critical and discussing a future trade in ivory stimulates demand for ivory.
The demand for ivory cannot be reduced while policy makers discuss the potential of a legal trade and grey markets hosting both legal and illegal products exist.

What is crowdfundings?
Crowdfunding is the practice of funding a project by raising monetary contributions from a large numbers of people, via the internet.

Every four days, a wildlife protection ranger is killed in the line of duty. It's estimated that 1,000 rangers have been killed by poachers and armed militia groups in the last ten years. But the real figure is likely to be more than double this.
13 million hectares of forest was lost each year between 2000 and 2010.
Poaching is the hunting , killing or capturing of protected animals. Poaching is illegal in most countries but in nation like South Africa and India, there are no bans against it.
